Joe and his assistant installed high efficiency LED lights in our bicycle store. He did an excellent job with sourcing the lights, keeping track of their delayed delivery, and installing them. There is more to the story, as it turns out.
The lights were delayed because they are pretty new technology and the manufacturer was backlogged waiting for sub-assemblies. Joe put in numerous calls to his distributor, and the manufacturer, with our needs in mind. This level of care is extraordinary.
After the delayed lights came in Joe noticed that they were scratched and made a damage claim on our behalf. This level of attention is so rare. When it came to installation, it turns out the the included installation kit was of no value to our circumstances so he came up with a clean looking and strong solution. This involved re positioning the ballasts in each of the 4 fixtures! He took the time to route the power supply wiring through the ceiling for a cleaner appearance, as well.
I look at someone's performance as proof of who they are. It is how we run our business too. Talk is cheap. Joe is solid. He is on our permanent list of service personnel as "our electrician". Thanks, Eric and Ilene Marcos
